What a nice opening day to our 4 day cycle. We had a garda escort out of the TV3 Studios all the way down the motorway to Naas, where a bunch of lads from the local school cheered us in and were shaking buckets to raise funds for Down Syndrome. Up over the Wicklow Gap, into Laragh, on to Gorey, followed up by a hamerdrop to Castlebridge. Wwe then regrouped and made the entry to Wexford, again under full Garda escort where at our Hotel a whole crew of wellwishers from the Wexford Branch cheered us in.

I am taking this challenge on to raise money for Down Syndrome Ireland to help them provide much needed services for those affected by this debilitating condition in Cork City.
I am hoping to raise at least €3000 for Down Syndrome and Abigail

100% of all the donations i receive will go directly to provide these services.

I personally will cover all of the costs related to doing these cycles which include food, accomodation, cycling gear and training rides which will amount to over €1500.
